Around my Hometown in Germany Part 3/ In der Umgebung meiner Heimat Stadt in Deutschland Teil 3

Where has the time gone? 

I can't believe it has been 3 month since I posted here.

Christmas time had been very busy for me with work and all and then the flu got a nasty hold of me and put me out of commission for a while.

I still have a bunch of pictures from my Germany trip to show,  so here now the next instalment.

Wo ist die Zeit geblieben?

Kaum zu glauben das es schon 3 Monate her ist seit ich hier gepostet habe.

Weihnachten war sehr hecktisch und dann hatte die Grippe mich ganz schoen im Griff und hat mich eine Weile flach gelegt.

Ich habe noch einige Bilder von meinem Deutschlandbesuch die ich euch zeigen moechte , also her dann die naechste Folge .

This is St. Gabriel's church build between 1200 and 1250 and right next to the Haseldorfer chateau/mansion you have seen in the last post. 

I had never seen it before and did not have a chance to go in , but next time I will go for sure. 

It's such a pretty little church.

Dies hier ist die St.Gabriel Kirche in Haseldorf. 
Sie wurde zwischen 1200 und 1250 gebaut und liegt neben dem Haseldorfer Schloss. 
Ich wusste gar nicht das es dort eine Kirche gab und hoffe das ich bei meinem naechsten Besuch dann auch mal das Innenleben besichtigen kann.
Ihr koennt hier ein paar Bilder davon sehen.

   

This is the moat that goes around the chateau/mansion and separates the church ground from the rest of the property and the park.

The following pictures are from the walk around the park. Loved it!!

Von der Kirche geht es dann in den Schlosspark mit Wassergraben rund um das Schloss.

Es war wunderschoen und stimmungsvoll . 

Would you not love to take a little break on this bench to enjoy the lovely park?
