Halloween came and went this year without much effort I have to say.
We kept it easy.
The two older kids either worked or had no interest in it at all and junior went trick-or-treating with a friend in town.
Junior and I decorated the entrance the day before as good as possible.
Vinyl siding in a rental is not really a great material to work with if you can't put nails or hooks into anything.
But oh well... we made it work anyway.
Halloween ist nun wieder mal im Kasten! Wir haben in diesem Jahr nicht viel gemacht.
Unsere beiden Grossen haben entweder gearbeitet oder hatten kein Interesse,
und der Juengste war bei einem Freund im Ort Trick-or-treating.
Der juengste und ich hatten unseren Eingang so gut wie moeglich dekoriert,was gar nicht so einfach ist wenn man Kunststoffverkleidung am Haus hat und weder Naegel oder Hacken anbringen darf.
Wie auch immer...wir haben es dennoch hingekriegt.
It looked ok at night and by 8:30 pm it was all done.
Es sah dann im Dunkeln doch ganz nett aus und um halb 9 war alles vorbei.
Junior brought home an insane amount of goodies that we will have to go through today.
Der Juengste hat eine unglaubliche Menge Zeug nach Hause geschleppt und wir muessen heute dann mal die Beute druchgehen.
